Pamela Sue Martin's movie career started in the
early 70's at the age of 18 with the film To Find a Man (also
known as Sex and the Teenager). On the basis of her
performance in her first film, producer Irwin Allen cast her to
co-star with five Academy Award winners in The Poseidon Adventure.
This lead to a series of movies in the mid 70's before she took
time to star as Nancy
Drew on television. She made a few made-for-TV movies, returned
to the big screen in The Lady in Red and Torchlight
and then landed the role as Fallon Carrington on Dynasty.
After leaving that series, she continued working in television,
appearing in the mini-series Strong Medicine, and
several made-for-TV movies like Bay Cove, The
Saint: The Software Murders, and Sky Trackers.
Here last theatrical movie would be 1990's Cry in the Wild.
She would then made several guest appearances on television shows
and talk shows, as well as special appearances at The Poseidon
Adventure conventions. Today most of her acting is on the
stage in Colorado where she now lives with her son.
